As a partner of the Eastland Community Foundation our mission is "to enhance the health and well being of the Greater Lee's Summit area."

During the last 12 months, The Greater Lee’s Summit Health Care Foundation awarded scholarships to two nursing students and one medical student to assist with college tuition payments.  The Foundation also awarded grants to three organizations:  Summit Technology Academy to help fund a Pre-Professional Nursing Clinical Skills lab, Hope House to help pay a Women’s Advocate devoted to clients’ health care needs, and the Lee’s Summit Senior Center to assist as it expands service capacity and enhances the lives of clients.

The Greater Lee’s Summit Healthcare Foundation wants to provide grants and scholarships that make a difference, but we need your help to accomplish that goal!
